Copyright
The copyright statement is contained at the beginning of each issue in the "Editors" file. It has been invariable since the beginning of the journal and reads:
Copyright © (year) Health Transiton Review. All rights reserved. The copyright owner's consent does not extend to copying for general distribution, for promotion, for creating new works, or for resale. Written permission must be obtained from the publisher.
Consistent with the copyright statements, these files are made available for individual
study and research use. Permission is also here given to use Health Transition
Review articles in multiple copies for "reading bricks" for teaching purposes.
Users may print this web page and enter it into their files as a record of permission
for such use.
Obtaining and Opening the Files
The links which follow

Missing and Incomplete Articles
Some articles have tables or figures on files other than the master for that
article and two or more files must be copied for a single article.
Some articles are represented by their text file only and have missing tables
or figures (normally because such tables and figures were submitted in hardcopy
and not in word processing format).
Some articles are entirely missing and this is true of the entire Supplement
to Volume 4. Development of the web site was ancillary to creating back ups
and some articles were inadvertently omitted from the backup. Original disks
for omitted works will be retrieved from the university's archives during the
course of the year and added to the links below.
Citation of Files
These files can be downloaded as Adobe Acrobat pdf's. The page numbers are the
same as if citing pages from the printed journal.
